We had an amazing time at this place! The staff were exceptional and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. From the friendly receptionists to the attentive wait staff at the restaurant and pool bar, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We particularly want to mention Agnes from the restaurant by the pool, who was amazing and truly made a difference in our dining experience. The room was spotlessly clean and we couldn't find any faults. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay in the future.

We had a great stay here! The staff was friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived early. The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchen and living room. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and kayaks. There were also many activities available. Breakfast vouchers were included, although it was not a buffet. The food at Mamacita and the pool bar was delicious.

The hotel's beach was man-made, but taking the kayaks out to the open water was a nice alternative.

We recently stayed at a hotel that had a large pool area with many fun activities for children, it was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and the rooms were very clean. We also loved having a kitchen in our room as it made our life so much easier.

The internet connection was poor which made it difficult for us to work remotely. , the breakfast that was included in our room was not a buffet breakfast, instead, we received vouchers for each day which resulted in having to order from the menu.

The pool was nice and clean, and there were many activities to occupy both kids and adults. The breakfast served was pretty good, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. One highlight was the staff - they were always friendly and willing to help.

The room was too small, and there wasn't enough space even for two people. The room's interior was outdated and uninviting, and the staff failed to clean it properly.
